Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays; customers will be informed promptly if this occurs.

Domestic Shipping (within Ethiopia)

• Domestic orders are shipped via trusted local couriers and generally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

• International orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–14 business days.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country. Merkato LLC has no control over these charges.

Tracking

• When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
