Customers may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, products must be unused, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Merkato LLC is not liable for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement as long as they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone.
